15 Days Diet to Get Flat Stomach

And the most important thing – eat slowly, quietly and with pleasure!
Day o1
After dream. A cup of lemon tea
Breakfast 150 ml orange juice, 150 ml yoghurt, 1 banana.
Snack 1 rye crispbread with 50 g squeezed cottage cheese.
Lunch 50 g firm cheese, 2 rye small loafs with low-fat margarine, Salad from tomatoes, lettuce leaves, sweet pepper, cucumbers and crushed basil with low-calorie “French seasoning” (sauce for refuelling of salads from olive oil, mustard and vinegar),
1 peach or apple.
Snack 15 g sunflower seeds, Cup of grassy tea.
Dinner Middle piece of chicken fried on grill or baked, 75 g young potato, Salad from 1 celery, half of apple, 12 g kernels of walnuts with 1 dessertspoon low-calorie mayonnaise, 1 dessertspoon natural yoghurt and 1 teaspoon lemon juice, and also chopped parsley to taste
Or 1 portion of hen with saffron and orange, Or 1 portion of hen in honey with 5 table spoons brown rice, 225 g melon
Day 2
After dream Fruit tea at your choice
Breakfast Fruit salad from slices of melon, strawberry or kiwi, pineapple, an apple and banana – gross weight – 275 g, 50 g cottage cheese or house cheese, 1 teaspoon honey.
Snack 2 fresh cookies with 1 dessertspoon nut oil
Lunch Salad as in 1st day, Half of small avocado watered with low-fat “French seasoning”, 1 small piece of bread with bran with light margarine.
Snack Fruit yoghurt
Dinner 175 g fillet of any sea fish, fried on grill or boiled, 100 g potato “in jackets”, 150 g boiled broccoli with 75 g boiled string bean. Pour with lemon juice
Or 1 portion baked fish fillet plus 75 g young potato and 100 g broccoli, Or 1 portion flounder in mushroom sauce plus 100 g young potato and 75 g string beans, an orange or 1 kiwi at your choice.
Day 3
After dream Lemon tea
Breakfast Half of grapefruit, 35 g unsalted muesli in 100 ml skim milk
Snack
50 g house cheese or cottage cheese, 1 celery and 2 dates.
Lunch Boiled egg on lettuce, watered with 1 table spoon low-calorie mayonnaise, Kress-salad or parsley for garnish, 1 small piece of bread with light margarine, 1 orange.
Snack 25 g kernels of wood nuts, 150 g natural yoghurt
Dinner 1 middle fast mutton chop fried on grill, 100 g peas, 100 g boiled carrot, 75 g mashed potatoes without salt, 2 teaspoons mint sauce
Or 1 portion stewed beef with citrus plus big bunch of greens and 75 g young potato, 100 g cherry or 1 apple.
Day 4
After dream 100 ml orange juice
Breakfast 150 g soaked and cut dried apricots which has been filled in 100 g kefir or yoghurt.
Snack 1 apple, 1 fresh cooky with 50 g skim milk, cotton cheese and a cucumber.
Lunch 225 g melon, 75 g boiled hen, Salad from tomatoes and cucumbers with crushed basil, 1 small bran roll with light margarine Or 1 portion of salad from hen with rice.
Snack 1 orange
Dinner Half of grapefruit, 100 g salmon fillet or 175 g trout, stewed or baked in an oven, 100 г peas, 75 g young potato with 10 g butter, lemon juice to your taste Or 1 portion of trout with fennel with 75 g young potato watered with light kindled margarine, plus 75 g peas, 100 g strawberry, raspberry or cherry and 1 kiwi.
Day 5
After dream Lemon tea
Breakfast 35 g any unsalted cereals from ready breakfasts in degreased milk.
Snack 225 g melon or 1 orange, 25 g cheese “Edam”
Lunch Salad from 50 g tuna in oil or sardines with cut cucumbers, celery, an apple and 100 g boiled macaroni, watered with fast “French seasoning” and decorated with lettuce and crushed parsley.
Snack Melon or water-melon slice, Cotton cheese with fruits.
Dinner 1 average chicken fillet, watered with a mix from 50 ml natural semiboldface yoghurt and 1 dessertspoon flour, - fry on gril within 30 minutes or bake in an oven for 45 minutes, 75 g boiled crude rice, 2 table spoons cut cucumbers with yoghurt or kefir, 1 tomato cut in slices with chopped basil, Or 1 portion hen with sweet pepper, Or 1 portion turkey in sherry. Serve with 100 g young potato and salad from greens, watered with lemon juice
Day 6
After dream 100 ml orange juice.
Breakfast 150 ml natural low-calorie yoghurt decorated with 100 g strawberry, raspberry or kiwi slices, plus 15 g oatmeal flakes.
Snack 1 rye crispbread with a dessertspoon of nut oil
Lunch Melon or water-melon slice, Salad from 50 г kernels of wood nuts or unsalted peanut, 175 g grated carrots and 25 g cut dates, watered with a mix from 1 dessertspoon of olive oil with about 50 ml orange juice, pepper, 1 small roll from bran or half pita.
Snack 1 orange or 1 banana.
Dinner 100 g very fast roast beef, 50 g young potato, 100 g cauliflower, 100 g greens, 100 g grated swede or turnip, 1 dessertspoon of grated horse-radish. Seasoning from meat juice, half of meat broth cup and 1 teaspoon flour Or 1 portion fried beef in oyster sauce, Or 1 portion mushroom pilaf
Day 7
After dream Fruit tea
Breakfast Half of grapefruit, 1 boiled egg, 1 rye small loaf with light margarine
Snack 1 peach, 1 cotton cheese
Lunch 50 g “Mozarella” cheese, 2 average tomato, chopped basil, 1 dessertspoon olive oil, Lettuce
Snack 1 rye small loaf with 50 g semiboldface processed cheese, 1 orange.
Dinner 100 g mutton liver or 2 mutton kidneys, fried on grill or teflon frying pan in a teaspoon of corn oil, 75 g young potato, 150 g broccoli, 50 g string bean, 1 average tomato. Seasoning from meat juice and 25 ml red wine, some water, 1 teaspoon tomato paste and 1 teaspoon corn flour Or 1 portion fried liver with 4 table spoons boiled brown rice, Or 1 portion stuffed pepper with salad from greens, 50 f ice-cream or 1 glass any dry wine at your choice.
Day 8
After dream Fruit tea
Breakfast 150 g kefir or natural yoghurt, mixed with 175 g fresh cut fruits and 1 teaspoon honey
Snack 1 banana, 25 g dry dried apricots (soak or boil)
Lunch 2 rye small loafs with light margarine, Salad from fruits and cheese: mix 50 g slices of “Edam” cheese with 100 g melon or water-melon cut in slices, 1 circle of fresh or tinned pineapple, 150 g cut cucumbers and sprinkle all with lemon juice with a pinch of grated ginger. Decorate with chopped parsley.
Snack 1 orange, 1 small cotton cheese with fruits
Dinner 175 g low-fat fish fillet baked in foil, 100 g green sweet pepper and 100 g tomatoes fried in 1 dessertspoon vegetable oil, 75 g boiled rice Or 1 portion shish kebab from fish with 3 table spoons boiled brown rice Or 1 portion flounder under a piquant sauce plus 100 g young potato and 75 g broccoli
Day 9
After dream Lemon tea
Breakfast As in 1st day
Snack 1 rye small loaf, 1 celery with 50 g cottage cheese
Lunch “Greek” salad: mix 1 boiled chopped egg with 75 г tuna in oil (sardines, sprats) and 75 g cooled boiled potato, 75 g cooled string bean or peas, 1 mature strong tomato and 100 g lettuce – chop all and water with fast “French seasoning”
Snack 1 orange, 1 apple or peach
Dinner 100 g roast chicken, 150 g marrows and 1 tomato, fry with 1 dessertspoon vegetable oil, 75 g string bean, 75 g sweet corn, 1 teaspoon flour for meat sauce Or 1 portion hen under nut sauce, Or 1 portion stuffed chicken fillet with 50 g sweet potato and salad from greens.
Day 10
After dream Fruit tea at your choice.
Breakfast As in 2nd day
Snack 50 g cottage cheese with 1 celery.
Lunch 1 small piece of bread with light margarine, Salad from 75 g grains of young corncobs, 100 g string bean and 50 g peas – boil for a while and cool, then add 15 g kernels of walnut and water with natural low-calorie yoghurt or kefir mixed with 1 dessertspoon low-fat mayonnaise, lemon juice and a pinch of Cayenne pepper.
Snack 1 dessertspoon nut oil on 1 rye small loaf
Dinner 150-gramme fried beef cutlet from very fast meat with greens, 1 teaspoon of tomato mashed potatoes and soya sauce, 25 g grated “Edam” cheese, warmed up slightly, 100 g potato in jackets, 150 g eggplants fried in a dessertspoon of vegetable oil Or 1 portion stuffed eggplants, Or 1 portion mutton shish kebab with mint sauce with 6 table spoons boiled brown rice and salad from tomatoes.
Day 11
After dream Lemon tea
Breakfast As in 3rd day
Snack 25 g “Edam” cheese and 1 celery.
Lunch 350 g home lentil soup, 1 orange
Snack 25 g sunflower seeds
Dinner 100 g fast mutton meat baked in foil with 50 g cut Bulgarian pepper and 1 teaspoon crushed fennel, 100 g string bean, 100 g broccoli Or 1 portion veal with eggplants with 75 g boiled brown rice or macaroni from not sifted flour, 175 g any fruits plus 25 ml low-fat cream or yoghurt
Day 12
After dream 100 ml orange juice
Breakfast As in 4th day
Snack 1 banana
Lunch Half of small avocado with stuffing from 50 g crab meat, 1 table spoon low-calorie mayonnaise and 1 teaspoon lemon juice. Serve on lettuce leaves, having strewed with parsley, Melon slice.
Snack 1 cup strawberry or 1 orange, 1 cotton cheese.
Dinner Omelette from 2 eggs, roasted on 10 g butter, with 75 g cut field mushrooms and 50 g grains of sweet corn, Salad from greens, 1 small piece of bread with light margarine Or 1 portion of fried eggs Or 1 portion of fried marrows
Day 13
After dream Lemon tea
Breakfast As in 5th day
Snack 1 orange, 15 g sunflower seeds
Lunch 1 portion salad-soup, 50 g “Bri” cheese and 2 rye small loafs.
Snack 1 apple and 50 g cherry or grape.
Dinner 1 average trout (nearby 200), fried on grill or with 1 teaspoon vegetable oil, 25 g slightly roasted almonds, 50 g young potato, 75 g string bean or chopped spinach, 75 g peas Or 1 portion salmon under lemon sauce with cream plus 100 g young potato and 75 g siliculose string bean.
Day 14

Breakfast As in 6th day
Snack 2 unsalted crackers with 1 dessertspoon nut oil.
Lunch Salad from chopped celery, lettuce leaves, Bulgarian pepper and cucumbers with 50 g grated “Edam” cheese, 1 rye small loaf with light margarine
Snack 1 apple, 1 cotton cheese with fruits.

Snack 1 fruit low-fat yoghurt, 1 apple.
Lunch Salad from 100 g boiled broccoli and 50 g peas, mixed with 50 g Bulgarian pepper, spinach and 25 g almonds, seasoned with 1 table spoon olive oil, mixed with lemon juice and spices, 1 orange.
Snack 50 g squeezed cottage cheese, 2 rye small loafs with light margarine
Dinner 150 g fried fast beef, 75 g string bean, 50 g young potato, 10 g butter Or 1 portion stake with mustard, string bean and potato, but without butter, 225 g any fruits.
