Mackintoshes

As soon as temperature becomes above-zero for a while, we start thinking about throwing off winter coats, arraying ourselves into something lighter. Few modern ladies want choosing light overcoats that are closest to classic elegance. Nevertheless, in conditions of a modern city, most women prefer mackintoshes.

Coming spring will be really glamorous, and this especially concerns mackintosh. Even trench classics (for example, fashion house Burberry Prorsum) refused from austerity and utility this time. Their trenches now have complicated double and triple yokes, decorative buttons and unusual sleeves.

Besides traditional check, mackintoshes can have most unexpected prints - spots, lags, psychedelic squiggles. If worst comes to worst, only lining can be so multi-colored, however, you should definitely show it to people.

Probably, short-cut bell-bottomed mackintoshes a la seventies with A-shape silhouette and very wide lapels represent the most interesting model. Combine such mackintoshes with tight trousers or shorts.

Color

Thus, it is absolutely obvious that fashion designers use all tints of lilac (however, this is not a new thing, as we have lots of clothes of this color in winter too) and green for their spring collections.

Green will be good in spring and summer. It is delicate, with light passages: either thick and rich (but soft), either insipid or semi-transparent. This is not young rough foliage, but, most likely, young duckweed under a thick layer of clean translucent water.

Ethnic origin

It is curious that there is no general infatuation for some certain national trend. Just recently we experienced a mere epidemic infatuation for China or, let’s say, Peruvian Indian. This fashion season offers widest choice. In general, these are Asia-India, same China, Central Asia. But you also can see rather unexpected things with interesting décor a la North-American Indians with rich usage of braid, fringe and embroidery.

Gold

This season gold is just stunning. Designers kept successful application of metalized covering that have already been among fashion trends of autumn-winter/2007-2008. If in winter shine resembled antique noble silver, frosty silvery hoar-frost, cold polished man-caused steel, by spring things started shining simply and grossly with a polished gold.

Jackets, mackintoshes, tops, shorts and skirts - all this seems to be sewed of thin elastic plates of golden foil. One can guess that not everybody will like this clear hit of spring fashion. But, probably, someone misses this golden shine to raise his mood and meet sunny spring.

Bags

Of course, spring means joy, pleasures, delights, lightness of breathing and behavior. However, we still have working days.

Route to work and back will remain the same for most of us. This means a question of business wardrobe will remain relevant too.
